Because Datago eSIMs are delivered digitally and instantly via QR code, they cannot be returned in the traditional sense once activated.
If you experience network failures or cannot connect due to technical issues on our end, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Unactivated eSIMs can also be refunded within 6 months. To be eligible for a refund, please contact our support team with your order number and ICCID.
Please note: We cannot refund data plans that have already been fully consumed by the user device.
