At DataGo Telecommunication, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with our eSIM products. Since our services are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are generally not automatic — however, we do review and accept refund requests at the discretion of our management team.

1. Refund Eligibility

All refund requests are evaluated individually. You must contact us directly for any refund consideration. Refunds may be granted if:

  • The eSIM could not be installed or activated, despite following all instructions
  • The data plan did not function as described or failed to provide connectivity
  • The eSIM was not used (no data consumed) and the refund request is made within a reasonable time

2. Important Considerations

Refunds are not guaranteed for issues resulting from:

  • Incompatible devices
  • Incorrect product or destination selection
  • User error during installation
  • Partial use of data plans (if a significant portion of the data has already been consumed)

3. Refund Guarantee

In any case where the provided data plan is confirmed to be non-functional on a compatible device, a full refund will be issued.
